AVha – Pool Opening Picnic & Movie Night
Saturday, June 6 • 1020 Amherst Lane
Opening Picnic — 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Kick off the season with food, neighbors, and fun at the pool! Bring a side to share, if desired.
BBQ then Movie Night — Evening
Hang around at the pool for a BBQ, followed by a family movie starting at dusk.
 
Pool Pass Reminder
Association dues must be up to date to receive your pool pass.

Valentine's Event 

Saturday, February 14th

12-2 pm

Clubhouse

We will have everything set up for card decorating so kids and adults can get creative and make something fun to take home or share with someone special. There will be light refreshments and a chocolate fountain, as it is Valentine’s Day and chocolate is a must. This is a relaxed, come-and-go kind of event, so feel free to stop by when it works for you. Bring the kids, or just pop in for something sweet and say hi. We hope to see lots of familiar faces and meet some new ones, too!

Cocoa with Santa:  Saturday, December 14th from 2-5 p.m. at the Clubhouse

Murray Reality Group (MRG) is back again this year to give the gift of pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.  The doors will open at 2 p.m.  Join us for a festive day with Santa and bring your cameras to capture special moments, and warm up with a cup of delicious hot cocoa. See you there!

 

Holiday Decorating Contest:  

Judging will be the week of December 16th and winners will be announced the following week. This year’s Holiday Decorating Contest is powered by Kelsy Huertas Realty (Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Native American Group). Thanks to their generosity, the prize is doubled, giving the winner twice the reward.   Get ready to deck the halls for a bigger prize!  1st- $200 2nd-$100 3rd-$50 plus five $10 gift cards.  Want to be a judge?  Email us at [email protected]

 

 

FALL FESTIVAL    Sunday, October 20, 2024

Join Murray Realty Group and AVHA for a fun-filled Fall Festival on Sunday, October 20th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM! Bring your family and friends for an afternoon packed with excitement and entertainment for all ages. Kids will love bouncing around in the Bounce House, playing giant Connect 4, getting creative at the Coloring Book Station, and having a blast with bubbles. Candy, S'mores, and hot cider will be available.  Plus, don’t miss out on the Photo Backdrop – the perfect spot to capture memories that will last a lifetime. It's going to be a festive afternoon you won’t want to miss!
